We have done our best to ensure all the information and pricing listed on our site is correct, however, we cannot be held responsible should an error occur.

ORDERING
All pricing is in Canadian funds. Orders can be paid by Visa or MasterCard, or terms on preapproved accounts. We will charge GST on all orders in Canada and PST on orders in British Columbia. Backorders will be billed when item is ready to ship.

SHIPPING
We will endeavor to ship all orders within by next business day of being placed, unless an item is backordered. Shipping times and costs vary with location.

RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Sycorp Environmental. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service department and we will try to make it right.

BACKORDERS
We do our best to avoid backorders. They're costly for us, and annoying for our customers. If a backorder does occur, our customer service department will contact you and advise you of expected delivery date. Backorders may be cancelled at anytime before the item is shipped. You will be charged only for the items shipped, not the backorders. Shipping and handling charges will only be applied once per order.

Our Privacy Policy
We at Sycorp Environmental Inc. realize that privacy is very important to you. That's why we've implemented a policy that none of our customer database shall be traded, sold or otherwise distributed. We are an active members in good standing of the Richmond Chamber of Commerce.

What We Collect
While visiting our web site information is stored in a log file for the purpose of analyzing what pages are accessed, which files are downloaded, and what errors occur. This process does not collect any personal information about you or your business.

When you shop our online store, a SESSION ID tracks movements and your IP address is stored for authentication and verification reasons only. This is standard in all shopping cart programs. Your credit card information is stored securely, in a different location than your contact information, and is encrypted.

Our online store uses cookies to identify you and your movement through our store. A cookie is a small file stored on your computer, which expires by a certain date. Our cookies do not track your movement throughout the Internet and do not, ever, send us information about you when you are not on our site.

What We Do With It
After you shop with us, your name, address, telephone number and email, along with your order are kept on file for two reasons: 1. To reference should you have questions regarding your order; 2. To notify you of any special updates or security issues about your purchase. This information is never sold, traded or distributed to others.

What You Can Do
You have the option to opt-out of any notification altogether, and be removed from all marketing database systems. Though we cannot remove your ordering information, you may request to be removed from product update notifications.
