Policies

Shipping: Orders are shipped the most economical way. Orders are processed and shipped the next business day.

U.S. Availability: Some products are not available for sale and shipment to the U.S.

Returns: Returns of products (except Special Orders) are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Contact Sycorp for Return procedures. Please verify all products upon receipt. Filters, prefilters and personal protective equipment must be returned unused for credit.

Damage in Shipment: All claims for material damaged in shipment must be reported both to the delivering carrier and to Sycorp within 7 days of receipt. Please retain the original carton as it is often needed as part of a claim settlement.

Shortage of Merchandise: In the event that you receive an order that is missing an item, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. Please check all orders when you receive them.

Credit Accounts: We offer credit accounts to qualified customers. Credit applications take approximately 2 weeks to process. Until accounts are approved, all orders must be prepaid. Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice.  No orders will be shipped on past due accounts.

Credit Cards: For your convenience, we accept Visa and MasterCard for payment. Credit card payment is processed when goods are shipped.

Back Orders: As hard as we try, there are times when we must back order items you want. We will automatically ship items to you as soon as they become available. If you do not want back orders shipped, please inform us and we will mark your records accordingly.

Warranty: All equipment is sold with a factory warranty. Should a problem arise, please contact us for warranty claim procedures. 

Privacy: Sycorp respects each and every one of our customers' right to Privacy. At no time will any personal information given to Sycorp (i.e. name, home address, home or work phone numbers, purchase history, etc.) be sold or transferred to any other party.

Technical Support: We are pleased to offer a Technical Support during normal business hours by phone and email.
