March 16, 2020: COVID-19 Situation
The most important thing is the health and safety of our workers and customers. We have taken steps to increase cleaning and limit physical contacts by cancelling site visits, classes and practicing social distancing.
Severe shortages in safety/disinfectant supplies continue and are likely to get worse now that many U.S. suppliers are running out and prioritizing product for their local market. Also since many supplies are manufactured in China and they have yet to begin production again, this will further strain supplies internationally.
We are doing everything we can to secure additional supplies but even the largest companies in the world like Walmart and Amazon are running out, this is extremely challenging.
To ensure existing customers can still function we are taking the following steps:
- We are not accepting new customers for COVID-19 supplies at this time.
- Orders on COVID-19 related supplies will be limited based on stock, future availability and past purchasing history.
- All COVID-19 related supplies sales are final, no returns are accepted.
- We can only process COVID-19 supply orders for accounts that are in good standing and current.
