That helps professional restoration contractors reduce labor costs and complete jobs more quickly. The unique solution can be applied with any standard sprayer, so mold stain removal projects can be completed without the capital equipment investments and operating expenses associated with dry ice and soda blasting techniques.

The proprietary solution employs liquid oxidative technology to facilitate physical mold removal, but it contains none of the harsh chemicals associated with traditional oxidation products. The 2013 Liquid Tri-Phasic Mold Stain Remediation study provides scientific proof that Concrobium Mold Stain Remover physically removes mold as well as, or better than traditional abrasive techniques, at a fraction of the labor investment.

Safe for use on most hard, non-porous or semi-porous surfaces such as wood and composite wood, concrete, masonry, drywall, grout, fiberglass, tile, plastic laminate and metal. The product is engineered to remove tough mold staining from building materials that cannot be removed from the contaminated environment. For ongoing protection apply Concrobium Mold Control after Mold Stain Remover application and HEPA vacuuming.

Product Application

Read all instructions carefully before starting project. Concrobium Mold Stain Remover generates peracetic acid (PAA), an oxidizing agent for mold and other biological staining. Upon mixing, the patented process generates peracetic acid at a level that is safe for users but highly effective for mold stain targeting and removal. Peracetic acid delivers oxidizing and cleaning capabilities

Personal protection equipment requirements for applicators: Eye protection and an approved OV/AG/P100 respirator are recommended. See SDS for additional information.

Application

1. Test on inconspicuous area.
2. Pour Part 2 into a bucket or directly into a manual sprayer.
3. Pour Part 1 directly into bucket or manual sprayer containing Part 2.
4. Apply to target area using an electric or manual pump sprayer.

Note: Product can be applied immediately and does not require additional mixing after combination of Part 1 and Part 2. For best results, apply product liberally and maximize surface dwell-time. To avoid drying, apply in smaller sections and/or reapply product as required.

Product must be applied within 2 hours of initial mixing or efficacy will be diminished. Product efficacy may be diminished as the temperature of the application surface and surrounding environment approaches freezing temperatures. For heavy mold staining, ensure that the surface remains wetted out for a period of 1 hour.
