Encapuclean is a state-of-the-art encapsulation cleaner that suspends and releases soils from carpet during cleaning and then leaves a special encapsulating polymer behind. This polymer attaches to carpet soils and fibers and then dries to a very hard polymer (like a very thin piece of glass). When vacuumed, the dry brittle polymer fractures away, taking the attached soils with it and leaving a clean non-sticky fiber behind. Carpets cleaned with Encapuclean dry in about an hour without the wicking, yellowing or recurring stains that often plague commercial accounts. In addition, vacuuming performance will be dramatically enhanced with carpets actually getting cleaner and cleaner with every vacuuming. With Encapuclean and the Brush Pro machine you will easily be able to compete with janitorial contractors for commercial carpet work at a nice profit! Encapuclean can be used with the Brush Pro or other counter-rotating brush machines or with conventional bonnet or shampoo systems. It features very low VOC content and an almost neutral pH but delivers results you have to see to believe.

Product Application

Dilute 1 to 16 (8 oz. per gallon hot water). Dilute 1 to 8 for extra-heavy soil.

Application for brush and vacuum: Spray solution consistently over section of carpet and brush with rotary and carpet brush or counter-rotating brush machine. Let dry overnight; extract with vacuum. Effective on all soil conditions.

Application for bonnet cleaning: Spray mixture lightly over an absorbent bonnet and over a section of the floor to be cleaned. Place bonnet under rotary machine and move over area until clean. Change bonnets frequently and place in plastic bag to keep moist until laundered. For use with medium to heavy soil.
