Milgo SR is a general purpose odor control agent that removes a wide variety of odors from a wide variety of surfaces. It is often used
in conjunction with a cleaning process.

The “SR” in the name Milgo SR is meant to indicate the term “stain resist”. The product is neutral pH and contains no cationic
compounds so it is compatible with stain resist nylon carpeting

A powerful deodorizer, Milgo SR, knocks out the toughest mold, sewage and other water damage odors as well as urine, feces, perspiration and decay. Works in porous materials such as carpet, pad, subfloors, drywall, upholstery and laundry, and can also be used on nonporous materials such as floors and walls. Milgo SR is the best choice for deodorizing stain resistant carpets, and can be used as an additive in carpet and upholstery cleaning solutions to leave your customers' homes smelling clean and fresh.

Product Application

Pretesting: Apply a small amount of ready to use solution on an unobtrusive area to check for compatibility before proceeding. Look for signs of incompatibility such as discoloration or distortion of the surface. Check each surface that you will treat with the product.

For Carpet Care

Prepare ready to use (RTU) solution: Mix 16 ounces Milgo SR with enough water to make 1 gallon (125 mL/L). Prepare RTU solutions BEFORE entering the worksite.

• Carpets: Apply RTU directly to carpet with sprayer. Roll or brush into the fabric. Allow 10 minute dwell time and follow with an extraction cleaning process.
• Urine odors: Saturate all affected areas with RTU solution before cleaning and extraction. Mist RTU solution after cleaning, then speed dry affected materials after treatment.
• Water damage from sanitary source: Saturate all affected porous materials with RTU solution. Allow at least 10 minute contact time

Additional Applications

• Aerosolizing: Mix 8 ounces with enough water to make one gallon. (60 mL/L). Ensure complete respiratory protection to application technicians and evacuate all others. Ventilate and allow one hour before re-entering the area.
• Carpet cleaning additive: For portable units, add 2 ounces (60 mL) to each gallon (3.8 L) of cleaning solution. For truckmount concentrate use 16 ounces (470 mL) per gallon (3.8 L) of water.
• Floor and walls: Mix 8 ounces with water to make one gallon (60 mL/L). Spray onto affected areas with an 8002 jet. Use one gallon of RTU for about 2,000 square feet (4 L / 200 square meters).
• Laundry: Add 8 ounces (240 mL) for a standard 8 pound (3.6 kg) washer load. Use Milgo SR during wash cycle to deodorize urine, mold, mildew and sewer backup damaged fabrics. Milgo SR contains detergent so no additional laundry detergent is necessary.
• Sewer backup, river flooding: Mix 1 quart (32 ounces) Milgo SR with 3 quarts of water. (250 mL Milgo SR with 750 mL water). Saturate all affected areas before and after cleaning and extraction. Use proper ventilation; open windows.
